Wishing all our friends and well wishers a Happy and blessed Christmas!!!!
Puff pastry sheets 2 nos, thawed for 40 mints at RT
Fresh paneer 1 cup, packed (crumbled)
Cabbage ½ cup, shredded
Carrot 1 medium, grated
Green onions ¼ cup, sliced
Garam masala ½ tsp
Pepper powder ½ tsp
Salt as needed
Oil ½ tsp
Preparation
Thaw the pastry sheets for about 40 minutes at RT. Meanwhile, heat a pan and add oil. Saute the green onions, cabbage and carrot for about 2 minutes. Add garam masala and pepper powder. Sauté well for another minute or so and add salt and then add the paneer. Mix well and incorporate everything together to combine. Switch off flame and allow to cool.
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Once the pastry sheets have thawed, roll out a little bit dusting all-purpose flour or maida. Now divide the paneer mix into equal portion and spread half of it to the rolled out pastry sheet. Roll the sheet gently from one side, making it as tight as possible till you reach the other end. Seal the edge with little water by gently pressing it in. Next using a sharp knife cut into rounds and placed them on greased baking sheets. Repeat the same with the other pastry sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 F for about 15 minutes. Enjoy warm!
