Brown aval/Brown flattened rice flakes 1 cup
Grated coconut ½ cup
Jaggery/sarkara ½ cup, grated
Banana 1 big, cut to quarters
Golden raisins ¼ cup
Cardamom 2 pods, crushed
Sugar 2 TBSP
Water 3-4 TBSP
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, add the brown aval, grated coconut, jaggery, crushed cardamom, sugar and water. Mix well using your palm until the aval or rice flakes is all moistened. Sprinkle more water if needed. Now add the quartered banana and golden raisins and mix well. Enjoy with tea.
