Happy Valentine’s day to all!!!
Unsalted butter 1 (4oz) stick
Condensed milk 1 (14 oz) can
Water or orange juice 3/4 cup
Plain yoghurt 5 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla essence 2 tsp
Cake flour/ All-purpose flour 2 cups
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and condensed milk using a hand blender or a spatula. Now add water/juice, yogurt, baking powder, vanilla essence. Beat for a minute. Slowly add the flour little by little and beat until no lumps are visible. Prepare a 9/13’ cake pan by greasing with butter. Pour the batter and bake at 325 F for about 45 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted come out clean. Take the cake out and wait for 3-4 minutes before unmoulding.
Here I used Betty Crocker's cream cheese frosting and topped with sweetened coconut. You can use any frosting of your choice…Enjoy!!!!
Cheers!!!
