This chutney was something I always wanted to recreate for a very long time and after many trials and errors, this is atleast closest to what I have tasted 10 long years back while in college. We had a balettans thattukada near our hostel who was a lifesaver when it comes to kerala food in TN and he used to serve this with thattu dosa. He always knew what our order will be and later it became a routine that every tuesdays and fridays he will have dosa, mulaku chutney parcel by the time our college bus arrives at hostel, how sweet, isnt it? Hope you all will enjoy too…
