Ethapazham/ firm ripe banana 1, sliced to ½ inch rounds
Ghee / clarified butter 1 TBSP
Sugar 1 tsp or accordingly
Preparation
Slice the ripe banana into 1/2 inch rounds. Heat ghee in a pan. Shallow fry the banana pieces until golden brown on the corners. Sprinkle sugar, equally on both the sides and remove from fire. Serves as a great snack for kids. Enjoy!!!
